Chuck DuBose is the founder of DuBose Law LLC, based in Clarkesville, Georgia. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense litigation, an area in which he has concentrated for more than 25 years. He represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims and works closely with clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, grocery, retail, insurance, banking, healthcare, trucking, and construction.
Chuck is a frequent speaker on workers’ compensation law and related topics, including Medicare Set-Asides and workplace safety. He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest peer review rating for both legal ability and ethical standards and national recognition among AV-rated attorneys.
Chuck is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and has served on the Steering Committee of the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.

Chuck represent a wide variety of clients in the manufacturing, retail, insurance, banking, healthcare, trucking, construction and other industries.

Theresa has been working along side Chuck DuBose for 13 years. Theresa has worked in the paralegal field for over 37 years.
Graduating from Gainesville State College, Theresa obtain her Paralegal/Legal Assistant degree.

Haley is new to the team. Learning along side Theresa and Chuck, Haley is working as as the legal assistant. Haley graduated from Georgia College & State University.
